What is your return/exchange policy?
We care about your experience with Knockaround which is why we offer free returns/exchanges within 45 days of your purchase date. Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. While most of our products are eligible to be returned and/or exchanged, the following items are marked as final sale:
- Custom Shop products
- Limited Edition pairs
- Items from Buy One Get One Sale & Buy Two Get One Sale
- Free Mystery pairs
- Items marked as final sale
- International Orders
- Prescription (Rx) Orders

How do I return/exchange?
You'll need the order number and email address you used to place the order.
In our return center, you should have the following options:
1.) Exchange for a different item using the "Shop Now" function, which will redirect you to our site to select a different item(s). Keep in mind your exchanged item will be sent out once your return is dropped off at the post office using the provided shipping label and is labeled "In Transit" (More SHOP NOW information below).
2.) You can request store credit, which will be sent to you once your return is dropped off at the post office.
3.) You can request a refund back to your original method of payment, which will be issued once your returned item is dropped off at the post office using the return label we provide and is labeled "In Transit".

If you placed an order using a discount code and decide to return an item, our returns portal gives you the full original value of the item when you shop for something new through Shop Now exchanges.
Please note all international orders are final sale.
SHOP NOW: How It Works
If you placed an order using a discount code and decide to return an item, our returns portal gives you the full original value of the item when you shop for something new through Shop Now exchanges only.
Example Scenario:
- You bought sunglasses priced at $40 and used a 20% discount - you paid $32. If you start a return and choose Shop Now, you’ll have $40 of credit to spend (the original price, not the discounted amount). If you prefer a refund or store credit instead, you’ll receive back the amount you paid: $32. If you don’t use your entire credit, the remainder reverts back to your paid amount.

- Example: $40 credit, you exchange for a $25 item → you’ll get a refund/store credit of $7 (since you originally paid $32).
